-Montauk Playhouse Community Center Foundation – Montauk, NY:  Civil, structural and architectural design and project management for the restoration of a 60,000s.f. facility.  Award received for Excellence in Historic Preservation from the NYS Historic Preservation League.

-Town of East Hampton – Amagansett, NY:  Civil, structural and architectural design and project management, including extensive permitting with NYSDEC and the Town of East Hampton for the relocation and historical preservation of the Amagansett Life Saving Station.

-Town of East Hampton – East Hampton, NY:  Project manager for the construction of a $6,500,000.00 Town Hall complex including extensive permitting with SCHDS, SCWA, local Fire Marshal and East Hampton Town planning and building officials.

-The Hampton Library – Bridgehampton, NY:  Project manager for the construction of a $6,200,000.00 library including extensive permitting with SCHDS, SCWA, local Fire Marshal and South Hampton Town planning and building officials.

-Mt Sinai Hospital – New York, NY:  Due diligence inspection.  Full civil, structural and architectural scope for facility boiler plant replacement.

-King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, Bermuda: Central Utility Plant, – Overall project construction scheduling, construction contract administration, construction estimating and oversight of all architectural features.
